Consultation and Report Fees
Onsite consultation at your property. We will spend 2-3 hours taking photos, measurements and notes.
We will follow up with detailed recommendations and a quotation for the home staging to be carried out by Just4u Homes.
Alternatively, if you prefer to have a remote consultation this can be accommodated if you can provide photos, floorplans and measurements.
Should you choose to engage our services for a full project, the consultation fee will be deducted from the final invoice (subject to minimum spend of £3000).
£250 for 1-3 bedroom property
£349 for 4-5 bedroom property
£495 for 6+ bedroom property
Prices Vary according to the property size, the timeline, budget and the work to be carried out. An initial consultation and report will be completed along with style boards, and a quotation will then be provided.
