2: Design Brief
You will receive a questionnaire via email that will allow us to understand your style preferences and lifestyle, so that we can tailor your design for you.
Now would also be a good time to share any Pinterest boards or inspirational ideas you may have been collecting.
3:Video Call
We will book a video call with you to start your design process. This will help us understand the space and it will kick start the collaboration between client and designer.
Upload a floorplan, or provide measurements, so that we can accurately fit items into your space.
4: Design work and revisions
We will create a design for you based on your design brief questionnaire, the video discussions. It will be personalised to your home, lifestyle and tastes. Any revisions may be shared via email, whatsapp or phone call.
5: Receive your final design
You will receive your design in your inbox complete with moodboards, shopping list and layout plan (depending on package).
Shopping simply means clicking on the links within your personalised shopping list to order your items.
6: Post Design Support
Once you have received your design package, it doesn't end there. We provide post project support. Email, call or whatsapp any questions you may have.
