We carry out an initial consultation in person at your property.
We visit your property and carry out an assessment, taking photos and measurements for reference.
Alternatively, we offer a virtual tour of your property via zoom or skype. We would request photos and floorplans including measurements in advance.
Following the consultation, you will receive a report outlining the necessary steps required to maximise your property's appeal on a room by room basis, including outside space and kerb appeal.
Our recommendations will take into consideration the style and type of property, market competition, location, and potential buyer profile.
We will contact you to discuss the report in detail and will provide a proposal in writing for the cost of any inventory and our home staging and styling services. Once accepted, we will deduct the paid consultation and report costs from the final invoice.
The duration and cost of each staged property varies according to the property needs, the owner's timeline and the budget.
Our fully managed home staging and styling service may include de-cluttering, liaising with trades, sourcing, rental or purchase of furniture and accessories, installation, styling and dressing. We always consider the target market when staging and ensure that any changes carried out are in keeping with the type and style of the property we are staging.
Finally, we will ensure that everything is installed and dressed to perfection ready for professional photography and listing on the market.
Consultation and Report Fees
Onsite consultation at your property. We will spend 2-3 hours taking photos, measurements and notes.
We will follow up with detailed recommendations and a quotation for the home staging to be carried out by Just4u Homes.
Alternatively, if you prefer to have a remote consultation this can be accommodated if you can provide photos, floorplans and measurements.
Following the report we will discuss the recommendations and budget and provide you with a quotation. Once engaged on the project, we will deduct the paid consultancy fee from the final invoice.
